Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for errors in these selections. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order may have already entered processing, making cancellation unfeasible. Please note the following:

  • A 10% cancellation fee, based on the total order value, will be applied.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 180 days of delivery. After this period, the order is considered final, and refunds will no longer be issued. Returns and refunds are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Receipt of incorrect items.
  • Significant deviations from the product description.

Ineligible for Return or Refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
