Order Modification & Cancellation
To cancel or modify your order, please ensure that you submit your request within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via the “Contact Us” page on our website or by emailing Support@thefatherfigureclothing.com.
Unfortunately, after this 24-hour window, we are unable to process cancellations or modifications, as orders may have already entered the processing or shipping stages.
Important Information
- Double-check your delivery address: Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Thefatherfigureclothing cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
