- Orders placed after the cutoff time 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

- For personalized or customized items, additional processing time may be required. The timeframe will vary based on the complexity of your request.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International locations
Order Tracking
After your order is processed (1-2 business days), you will receive a tracking number via email.
- It may take 3-7 days for the carrier to scan and update tracking details. If tracking information is unavailable, the carrier has not yet processed your parcel.

Incorrect Address
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
- Orders with incorrect or missing address details may be delayed.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned due to an incorrect address.
- Returned packages will be sent to our shipping partner’s warehouse and disposed of—re-shipping fees will apply if you need the order resent.
- If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
