🔹 Immediate returns are available if the product is defective or does not match the description.

For a faster resolution, please provide the following details:

  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos illustrating the problem
  • Your preference for a replacement or refund

⛔ We do not accept returns for customer errors, including:

  • Spelling or grammatical mistakes in custom designs.
  • Issues with original images provided by the customer.
  • Ordering the wrong size or product.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-sale items within 180 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange:

✅ Unwashed
✅ Tags attached
✅ Accompanied by a sales receipt

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Free returns are available for defective or damaged products.
  • Return cost: $0.00 (for eligible defective or damaged items).

Returns Procedure

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email Support@thefatherfigureclothing.com to receive an approved return address.
2️⃣ Prepare Your Return Package: Include a printout of your order confirmation email along with the returned items.
3️⃣ Ship the Package: Use your local post office or courier service to return the package to our warehouse. Share the tracking number with us for reference.
4️⃣ Confirmation & Refund Processing: Once we receive your package, we will send an email confirmation. We will also notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
